WAIVER OF LIABILITY

All guests entering Little Dimples Playground either for play or for party are deemed to have reviewed the waiver of liability and assumption of risk posted inside the facility and on our website and to have waived such liability and assumed all risk by the guest's true actions of entering Little Dimples Playground for use and enjoyment.

You may fill out the waiver first to save time during check in by filling out the form online.

Playground Policy

​​

  • Everyone who enters the playground must wear socks at all times. Socks can be purchased at the counter if you need one.
  • Kids must be supervised at all time.
  • Only 3 kids are allowed in the trampoline at a time.
  • Please refrain from bringing your child into the playground if they are showing flu like symptoms or if they are not feel feeling well in general.
  • Outside food is allowed in the café but we asked that you clean up after yourself.
  • Food and drinks of any kind are NOT allowed in the playground area.
  • Be attentive of your children. Pushing, shoving, rough playing or any type of bullying is not permitted! 
  • Little Dimples Playground is not responsible for any injuries, theft, loss or damages incurred while on our premise. 
  • All adults entering our playground agree to abide by all rules stated above and agree to Little Dimples Playground waiver of liability.
  • Little Dimples Playground reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone,
